By accessing or using QR-ZY, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to website visitors, registered users, guest-session users, and paying subscribers unless a separate written agreement governs your use.

2. What QR-ZY provides

QR-ZY provides QR code generation, styling, cabinet-based project management, dynamic QR redirects, scan tracking, guest-session QR saving, account tools, and subscription features that may change over time.

• Some features are available without login, but full project storage and subscription management require an authenticated account.
• Feature availability, limits, plan configuration, and pricing may differ by plan or evolve as the product changes.

3. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it up to date.
• You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, or misuse of your account or QR assets.

4. Acceptable use

You may use QR-ZY only for lawful, authorized, and non-deceptive purposes.

• Do not create or distribute QR codes that point to malware, phishing, scams, unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Do not interfere with the service, bypass limits, attempt unauthorized access, or use automation in a way that harms the platform or other users.

5. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the content, destination links, and project materials you submit to QR-ZY. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and deliver that content through the service.

6. Dynamic QR, redirects, and analytics

Dynamic QR functionality may depend on QR-ZY-hosted redirect endpoints, stored destination settings, and traffic measurement tools. Analytics may be approximate and can vary by device, network, or browser conditions.

7. Guest mode and migration

Guest mode may store temporary QR projects linked to a browser session. If you later register or sign in, eligible guest items may be migrated into your account, but migration is not guaranteed in every circumstance.

8. Plans, trials, and billing

• Paid features may be offered under subscription plans, billing intervals, and trial rules described at checkout or in the billing area.
• You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and renewals unless you cancel according to the plan terms.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, limits, or user interface elements when needed to improve the product, security, legal compliance, or operations.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms, creates legal or security risk, harms other users, or exposes QR-ZY to abuse or liability.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR-ZY is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR-ZY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

12. Privacy and compliance

Your use of QR-ZY is also subject to our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for ensuring that your QR campaigns, destination content, and data collection practices comply with laws applicable to your business, industry, and geography.
